ASB Group acquires the Polish company PGA Accounting

ASB Group, a company providing professional consulting and outsourcing services for businesses, announces the acquisition of the Polish accounting firm PGA Accounting. Thanks to this connection, ASB Group will grow by another 25 specialists, and the team in Poland will number almost 250 employees. As a result of this acquisition, ASB Group significantly strengthened its accounting team in Poland and opened its fourth branch in Poland in Plock after Warsaw, Toruń and Wrocław.

ASB Group also with the mentioned step, strengthens cooperation with local partners and further expansion and dynamic growth of ASB Group in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. In previous years, ASB Group developed services in the field of transaction consulting in its branches in Central and Eastern Europe and began to implement expansion on the Hungarian market.
